Project Overview:

The Caine Direct Farming & Engagement postcard program was created to help agents stay top-of-mind in their target neighborhoods without the burden of developing custom campaigns. As both designer and program lead, I developed the visual identity, content strategy, and rollout materials for this turnkey marketing solution.

About the Program:

Agents choose from flexible campaign lengths—11 months, 6 months, or quarterly—and the postcards are automatically delivered to their selected farm areas. This “set-it-and-forget-it” approach frees agents to focus on selling while maintaining consistent, professional outreach.
