Project Overview:
NAI Earle Furman approached Coldwell Banker Caine for support in marketing and selling the apartment-to-condo conversion at 100 East Washington Street in Downtown Greenville. The marketing team was responsible for rebranding the building and designing a full suite of sales materials to support the project.

Results:
The building successfully sold out. Based on that success, NAI engaged Caine again to market a second condo conversion project at the corner of Washington and Main Streets—another sellout.
