Project Overview:
At Coldwell Banker Caine, logo design is often the first step in branding a new home community. The presentation below was developed for the Piedmont Village project and shared with the client during the early planning phase.

About Piedmont Village:
Located along the Saluda River on the historic site of a former textile mill in Piedmont, this planned development includes single-family homes, community green space, and a future brewery. Construction is currently pending.
